Mindfulness-Based Therapies

I specialize in mindfulness-based therapies to help you gain self-awareness, reduce stress and anxiety, and follow your path. Mindfulness includes meditation and other practices to calm your mind.  I integrate these practices into evidence-based treatment to help you achieve your goals and be happy.

I take a holistic approach to mental health, recognizing that physical, emotional, and spiritual health are interconnected. I work with you to develop a comprehensive treatment plan that addresses all aspects of your well-being. This includes the stresses of work, family, relationships,  and lifestyle factors that can impact mental health.
